In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, Right to data portability, the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, readable form and in a common format.
According to Art. 77 of the GDPR, Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, the right to lodge a complaint with a higher authority, such as the National Data Protection Commission, if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning him or her violates the regulation in force.
