You can make a purchase in our online store as a guest or through a customer account. Go to “products,” select the story you want, and click “buy.” After the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. If you prefer to buy in a physical store, that’s no problem. In the “products” tab, we have a list of bookstores where you can find Paloma Editora. Just visit the store and ask the bookseller for the story you want! If you have any further questions, you can always contact us. We are happy to help.
Shipping is done to all countries in Europe.
Of course! We know that many orders are for Christmas gifts, birthdays, etc. If you want to exchange or return your order, no problem. Send an email to palomaeditoracartas@gmail.com and we’ll sort it out. 😉
Orders are sent via CTT, by registered mail. We’ll send you a link so you can follow your package while you wait for it to arrive.
In Portugal, delivery time is 2 working days, for the rest of Europe, 5 working days.
